The innovation of the VABECK® PROCESS is the development of a new process for the spatial separation of hot and cold gas products based on the physical rotation principle. This makes it possible to achieve high gas temperatures with minimal heat losses and at the same time to separate reaction products.
The innovation of the patented VABECK® PROCESS is the development of a new process that enables high gas temperatures to be achieved with minimal heat losses and the separation of reaction products. This process enables sustainable, climate-friendly and economical hydrogen production through thermal water splitting, methane pyrolysis or ammonia cracking.
The decarbonization of industry is a crucial step in the global fight against climate change. It refers to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions resulting from industrial processes and activities.
Industry is a major source of greenhouse gas emissions, especially carbon dioxide. By decarbonizing, industry can make a significant contribution to reducing emissions and thus limiting the rise in the global average temperature.
The need to reduce CO₂ emissions is driving the development and implementation of innovative technologies and solutions. VABECK® is developing an affordable and clean technology for industrial decarbonization and climate protection.
Hydrogen sulphide (H₂S) is a highly toxic gas with a characteristic smell of rotten eggs. It is highly reactive and forms water and environmentally harmful sulphur dioxide when burned in the air. For environmental and safety reasons, H₂S must be removed from raw materials containing sulphur, such as natural gas, crude oil or biogas, before they are used.
Sulphur is an important raw material in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Currently, the most commonly used process for extracting sulphur from gases containing H₂S is the modified Claus process, which consists of several stages and is very cost-intensive. This process only works for gas streams with more than 30% H₂S content and fine desulphurization is required at the end of the process.
